Mist of Big Sur
Another one from the Edward Mendes workshop. If you want to learn about photographing Big Sur and other landscapes, I strongly recommend taking one of Edward’s workshops. They are tremendous learning experience.
I really enjoyed taking this image. I had to scamper onto some rocks, over a tidepool and I got soaked. Sometimes the image is worth the sacrifice.

The Shyness of Lily
Taking portraits in macro mode is really hard but the results are worth it. This is one of two images that came out of this session, out of about 30 shots.

Lily being shy
The winner is…
I got 29 total entries and went to random.org and got a random number between 1 and 29 and the number was 28 which mean the winner is Carey! Carey check your email and send me your address.
I want to thank everyone that entered and especially those that left feedback. I learned so much in a very short period of time. I still need to add up the votes to see what the top 5 images. Check back to see the final tally.
Also I might have something to give away next week as well, it just depends how my trip to the PhotoFair goes.
